Jo Angelique Scheller has an International Personal Training Qualification with over 15 years hands on experience. She is a personal weight loss coach and endurance, strength training, toning and fitness. With experience from beginner level clients to elite professional athletes and triathlons. She also enjoys helping with rehabilitation with clients that need to build strength in areas that has weakened due to old injuries. She loves to offer a healthy lifestyle and support to clients' fitness journey and will go the extra mile for her clients. In person working experience in South Africa, UK and now remote in Europe.
