Jo is an internationally qualified personal trainer with extensive hands-on experience. She specializes in weight loss, endurance, strength, toning, and fitness, working with everyone from beginners to elite athletes and triathletes. Jo also supports rehabilitation, helping clients rebuild strength after injuries. Dedicated and supportive, she promotes a healthy lifestyle and now trains clients remotely across Europe, having previously worked in South Africa and the UK.

My journey into fitness began after a serious car accident that shattered one of my knees and fractured the other leg. Doctors told me I would likely face early osteoporosis. Instead of giving in, I chose to rebuild myself through movement. That experience shaped everything I do as a coach today. With over 16 years of experience working with everyone from office professionals to elite athletes, I bring energy, compassion, and real-world understanding to every session. I believe fitness should support your life, not disrupt it — and with the right plan and guidance, anyone can get stronger, move better, and feel proud of what their body can do.
