I have started taking Yoga sessions with Eddie 3 times a week for about 2 months now, and I have to say, it's been an amazing experience. I'm really happy he is my trainer. He is helpful and truly cares about my fitness and goals. I'm glad I joined Mywowfit and I hope to continue in the foreseeable future. The sessions are affordable and not as pricey as other avenues may be. I also appreciate how quick and helpful the customer support is.

Since last September, I have been working with Charmain on Mywowfit. These Pilates sessions with Charmain have made a huge difference in my mobility and confidence. Charmain is so patient and kind; she plans sessions that challenge me but is careful to guide me, avoiding injury and helping me gain strength. I truly believe that these sessions will keep me mobile, when before I wasn’t sure I would be able to continue my Pilates practice. Her motivation and encouragement keep me going.
