Cancellation, Refund, Referral Policy, Session ExpirationCANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICYPlease, re-schedule or cancel your session in the Scheduling Acuity system OR warn the Mywowfit account / your trainer
12 hours in advance till your workout starts. Otherwise, you will be charged for this workout (our trainer will receive his/her fees for this session).
If you need to cancel within less than 12 hours, the session will be counted as used.REFUND POLICYWith Packages refund is possible during the following periods:
- 8/12 sessions - within 3 months from the date of purchase,
- 24 sessions - within 6 months from the date of purchase,
- 50 sessions - within a year from the date of purchase.
With subscription refund is possible starting with the 3d payment (after 2 months of training).

UNUSED sessions in 5-10 business days. If you have booked sessions in advance, please, cancel them.
Important note: 2-5% fees can be applied by the bank/payment systems according to their currency exchange policies and transaction fees. All transactions will proceed in US dollars.
REFERRAL POLICYIf you have friends, who want to start training with us - feel free to use our referral program and get your +2 workouts for each recommendation. Your friends will also get their +2 workouts on the balance (you will receive +2 for each friend you will recruit).
SESSION EXPIRATIONTo motivate our clients to stay consistent, we have a session expiration policy. You can freeze your package for 2-8 weeks, depending on the package. We will automatically extend the validity of your package based on the following conditions:
- 8/12 sessions – use within 3 months from the date of purchase; possible to freeze for 2 weeks;
- 24 sessions – use within 6 months from the date of purchase; possible to freeze for 4 weeks;
- 50 sessions – use within a year from the date of purchase; possible to freeze for 8 weeks.
