A device with internet access, like a laptop or smartphone, and a workout area are all that’s required. Make sure you have enough room to comfortably perform exercises and that you can position yourself about 2 to 3 meters (7-10 feet) away from your device.
Having a mat and water bottle for home workouts is also a good idea, though no special equipment is needed for our sessions. If specific equipment is needed for your individual goals, your trainer will inform you.
