You can either change trainers or continue with the one you had during the trial. The trial will be free if you purchase a package; we will add one extra session. You can also purchase pay-as-you-go plans right after your trial—no tricky financial commitments. We believe in trust and accountability.
All you need is a laptop/smartphone with access to the Internet and space. You will need to stay about 7-10 feet (2-3 meters) away from your device and should have enough space to do regular fitness exercises.
If you exercise from home, it would be nice to have a mat and a bottle of water. Our sessions do not require any additional equipment. In special cases, your trainer will instruct you about all the equipment your need for your personal fitness goals.
We know that the training process depends a lot on the relationship between the client and the trainer. All of our coaches are professionals, but if you can’t find common ground with your trainer, we'll offer you an alternative trainer for no additional charge.

We want your trainer to be able to see your full body during your session. Typically, you’d want to be about 7 to 10 feet (2-3 meters) away from your device.
