Choose Your Preferred HIIT Style

Tabata
One of the most popular types of HIIT, based on interval exercises lasting 20 seconds of maximum intensity work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This cycle is repeated for a set period of time.
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
This format involves completing as many rounds as possible of a specific set of exercises within a certain time frame.
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)
Exercises are performed every minute, with a certain number of repetitions within that time frame. The remaining time after completing the exercises can be used for rest.
