Choose Your Preferred HIIT Style

Tabata
Tabata’s power comes from its unique cycle. You’ll give maximum effort for 20 seconds, then quickly recover for just 10. By repeating this pattern a specific number of times, you create a super-quick and potent workout routine.
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
This style challenges you to complete as many rounds as you can of specific exercises in a set amount of time. 
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)
EMOM workouts are built on a strict schedule. Each minute, you kick off an exercise, completing a specified number of reps. The remaining seconds of that minute are then dedicated to recovery.
Interval workouts with intensity variation
Variable Intensity Interval Training is built around peaks and valleys of effort. You’ll alternate between segments of high-intensity activity and phases of lighter exertion or active recovery.
CrossFit
This style copies movements from different sports, like throwing a ball in tennis or running drills in soccer. It’s made to boost your performance in any sport or activity you love.

I also went for online personal trainer, lifechaging. Doesn't break the bank, but i feel like i have to show up cause i promised someone and paid (accountability partner tip), no shitty 30 min gym commutes, trainer pushes me a bit.
