Last Updated: March 10, 2025

At Mywowfit, we are committed to ensuring a professional, respectful, and safe training experience for both personal trainers and clients. This Code of Conduct outlines expectations, responsibilities, and policies to maintain high-quality, ethical, and injury-free fitness sessions.

1. PROFESSIONALISM & ETHICS
For Personal Trainers:
- Trainers must maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and Mywowfit representatives.
- Punctuality is essential — trainers must start and end sessions on time and be fully prepared.
- Trainers must follow ethical coaching practices and ensure that all exercises are tailored to the client’s fitness level and goals, prioritizing injury prevention.
- Personal trainers must not offer medical advice or diagnose conditions. Clients with medical concerns should be directed to their healthcare providers.

2. MEDICAL CONDITIONS, PRIVACY & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Clients must privately disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, chronic illnesses, injuries, or other health concerns only to their personal trainer during the first training sessions.
- Mywowfit only requires general information for matching clients with an appropriate trainer and does not collect, store, or process sensitive medical data.
- Clients waive all liability against Mywowfit and its trainers for any medical complications resulting from non-disclosure.

3. EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS & CLIENT SAFETY
- Clients must provide their trainer with an emergency contact via email or message before beginning sessions.
- Mywowfit cannot contact emergency services in the client’s location. Clients must ensure they have access to a phone and emergency numbers during sessions.

Clients must acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Waiver of Liability and Medical Disclaimer. By proceeding with payment for any Mywowfit services, the client confirms their acceptance of all outlined risks, waives liability against Mywowfit, and takes full responsibility for their safety and well-being during training sessions.

4. COMMITMENT TO TRAINING & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Clients should commit to consistent training and communicate if they need to adjust their schedule long-term.
- Frequent rescheduling or missed sessions may lead to limitations on future bookings.

5. TRIAL SESSIONS & FIRST IMPRESSIONS POLICY
- Trainers must prepare in advance for trial sessions, reviewing the client’s intake form and having a structured plan.
- Mandatory follow-up: Trainers must check in with the client after the trial using Mywowfit’s recommended follow-up message.

6. SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC REPRESENTATION OF MYWOWFIT
- Trainers should not make public statements that could negatively impact Mywowfit’s reputation.
- Trainers may only use approved Mywowfit marketing materials for promotions and should not misrepresent their role within the company.

7. TIME ZONES & SCHEDULING POLICY
- Clients and trainers must confirm session times based on their respective time zones to avoid confusion.

8. LIABILITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
- Trainers and Clients acknowledge that Mywowfit is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions.

9. SESSION POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS
- If a trainer fails to show up without proper notice, they must offer two free sessions as compensation.
- If a trainer’s technical setup prevents a session from being conducted properly, the client will receive a free session.
- If the client experiences technical issues, the session will be considered delivered, and no free session will be provided.

10. CLIENT TECHNICAL ISSUES & SUPPORT
