Device and Usage Data
When you visit a MYWOWFIT website, we automatically collect and store information about your visit using browser cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer), or similar technology. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. The Help Feature on most browsers will provide information on how to accept cookies, disable cookies, or to notify you when receiving a new cookie. If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some features of our Service, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

If you have any questions, you should first contact the relevant third party for further information about your Personal Data. Where that third party is unresponsive to your rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer at MYWOWFIT (contact details below).

Purpose and Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
We collect and use your Personal Data with your consent to provide, maintain, and develop our products and services and understand how to improve them.
Where we process your Personal Data to provide a product or service, we do so because it is necessary to perform contractual obligations. All of the above processing is necessary in our legitimate interests to provide products and services and to maintain our relationship with you and to protect our business, for example, against fraud. Consent will be required to initiate services with you. New consent will be required if any changes are made to the type of data collected. Within our contract, if you fail to provide consent, some services may not be available to you.

International Data Transfer and Storage
Where possible, we store and process data on servers within the general geographical region where you reside (note: this may not be within the country in which you reside). Your Personal Data may also be transferred to, and maintained on, servers residing outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We will take appropriate steps to ensure that your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy as well as applicable data protection law.
More information about these clauses can be found here.

Sharing and Disclosure
We will share your Personal Data with third parties only in the ways set out in this Policy or at the point when the Personal Data is collected.

Legal Requirement
We may use or disclose your Personal Data in order to comply with a legal obligation, in connection with a request from a public or government authority, or in connection with court or tribunal proceedings, to prevent loss of life or injury, or to protect our rights or property. 3. Cookie Policy
Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and to help us improve the functionality of our services. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies as outlined below. We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • For use with our web application: We use cookies to ensure that our web applications function properly, allowing you to use the site seamlessly.
  • To remember user preferences: Cookies help us store and recall your preferences, such as language settings or display options, ensuring a personalized experience when you return to our website.
  • To personalize content: We use cookies to personalize the content displayed on our website based on your preferences and browsing behavior.
  • To analyze traffic: Cookies help us collect data about how visitors interact with our website, allowing us to monitor and improve our site's performance and user experience.
  • To personalize ads from third parties (that appear on our website): Cookies are used to deliver personalized advertisements from third parties, tailored to your browsing habits and interests.
  • Share information with third-party advertisers and partners (not from their ads): We share cookie data with third-party advertisers and partners to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, though this does not include data from third-party ads displayed on our website.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Visitors to our Site, App and Services who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the Site and App, but some features may not function.

Flash Local Storage Objects
We may use Flash Local Storage Objects ("Flash LSOs") to store your Site preferences and to personalize your visit. Flash LSOs are different from browser cookies because of the amount and type of data stored. Typically, you cannot control, delete, or disable the acceptance of Flash LSOs through your web browser. For more information on Flash LSOs, or to learn how to manage your settings for Flash LSOs, go to the Adobe Flash Player Help Page, choose "Global Storage Settings Panel" and follow the instructions. To see the Flash LSOs currently on your computer, choose "Website Storage Settings Panel" and follow the instructions to review and, if you choose, to delete any specific Flash LSO.

Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies
Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer's hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with our Site to, among other things, track the activities of Site visitors, help us manage content, and compile statistics about Site usage. We and our service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML e-mails to our customers, to help us track e-mail response rates, identify when our e-mails are viewed, and track whether our e-mails are forwarded.

Analytics
We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of our Site, and to the extent permitted, our App. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Site and App. We use these tools to help us improve our Site's and App's performance and user experiences. The entities operating these tools may use cookies and other tracking technologies, such as web beacons or local storage objects (LSOs), to perform their services. To learn more about Google's privacy practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. You can also download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Third-Party Data Processors
To provide our services and improve your experience, we work with trusted third-party service providers (data processors) who process personal data on our behalf. These third parties help us with essential functions such as communication, data storage, marketing, and form submissions. All our data processors comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

The following third-party processors may process your personal data:

  1. Facebook, Inc. – We use Facebook for marketing and advertising purposes, including tracking and analytics. For more information on how Facebook processes data, please review Facebook’s Privacy Policy.
  2. Typeform, S.L. – Typeform is used for collecting responses through forms and surveys on our platform. Data provided via Typeform is stored and processed securely. For more information, please review Typeform’s Privacy Policy.
  3. Google LLC – We use Google services for analytics, website tracking, and other business functions. Data collected via Google services is processed according to Google’s privacy policies. For more information, please review Google’s Privacy Policy.
  4. Make.com (formerly Integromat) – Make.com helps us automate workflows and connect different services for more efficient data handling. For more information, please review Make.com’s Privacy Policy.
These third-party processors are bound by contractual agreements that ensure your data is protected and used only as necessary for the services they provide. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Do-Not-Track.
Some web browsers may let you enable a "do not track" feature that sends signals to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not want your online activities tracked. This is different than blocking or deleting cookies, as browsers with a "do not track" feature enabled may still accept cookies. There is currently no industry standard for how companies should respond to "do not track" signals, although one may develop in the future.

Currently, our systems do not recognize browser "do-not-track" requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this section (e.g., by disabling cookies); you also may opt out of targeted advertising by following the instructions in the Ad Networks section.

Ad Networks
We use unaffiliated entities such as network advertisers, providers, sponsors and/or traffic measurement services ("Advertisers") to serve advertisements on our Site, and on other entities' websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). This enables us and these Advertisers to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested. Advertisers may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to collect information about you, to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. These cookies and other technologies are governed by each Advertiser's specific privacy policy, not this one. We may provide our Advertisers with information, including personal information, about you.

We participate in the Facebook Custom Audience program. We share your email address with Facebook, which will assist in delivering relevant advertising to our customers who also use Facebook. Please refer to Facebook's privacy policy for additional information.

Users in the United States may opt out of many ad networks. For example, you may go to the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") Consumer Choice Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and your choices regarding having information used by DAA companies. You may also go to the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") Consumer Opt-Out Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and your choices regarding having information used by NAI members.

Opting out from one or more companies listed on the DAA Consumer Choice Page or the NAI Consumer Opt-Out Page will opt you out from those companies' delivery of interest-based content or ads to you, but it does not mean you will no longer receive any advertising through our Site, App, Services, or on other websites. You may continue to receive advertisements, for example, based on the particular website that you are viewing (i.e., contextually based ads). Also, if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you opt out on the DAA or NAI websites, your opt out may not be effective. Additional information is available on the DAA's website at www.aboutads.info or the NAI's website at www.networkadvertising.org.

4. Retention & Deletion
We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and as required by law. When we no longer need your Personal Data, we will remove it from our systems or take steps to anonymize it.

5. Merger or Acquisition
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred. We will provide notice before the transfer occurs. We may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

6. How We Keep Your Data Safe
We have appropriate safeguards and security measures to protect your Personal Data from being lost, used, accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. Communication between your browser and our website uses a secure encrypted connection. Any third parties contracted to process your Personal Data must also adhere to security measures.

7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16 years.

8. Your Rights for Your Personal Data
Depending on your geographical location and citizenship, your rights are subject to local data privacy regulations. These rights may include:

We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt out of promotional emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you emails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us.

Deleting, Changing & Updating Your Personal Information
You may correct, update or revise your Personal Information that is inaccurate or request that we delete your Personal Information from our system. In certain cases, you may also have a right to: (i) to restrict or limit the ways in which we use your Personal Information; (ii) to object to the processing of your Personal Information; and (iii) to obtain a copy of your Personal Information in an easily accessible format.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. As a business based in the European Union (EU), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we:

1. Collect, Use, and Store Your Data Lawfully: We only process personal data when there is a legal basis to do so, including:
  • Your explicit consent.
  • The fulfillment of contractual obligations.

  • Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: You have the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.

3. Data Transfers: If we transfer your personal data outside the EU, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, such as binding corporate rules, standard contractual clauses, or your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention: We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
5. Data Security: We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
6. Contact Information: For any questions or concerns regarding your personal data or to exercise your rights, you can contact us at hello@mywowfit.com.
