FAQ

What equipment do I need for a trial class?
All you need is a laptop/smartphone with access to the Internet and space. You will need to stay about 7-10 feet (2-3 meters) away from your device and should have enough space to do regular fitness exercises.

If you exercise from home, it would be nice to have a mat and a bottle of water. Our sessions do not require any additional equipment. In special cases, your trainer will instruct you about all the equipment your need for your personal fitness goals.

Can I ask for a substitute coach?
We know that the training process depends a lot on the relationship between the client and the trainer. All of our coaches are professionals, but if you can’t find common ground with your trainer, we'll offer you an alternative trainer for no additional charge.
Will the trainer correct my exercise techniques / will them see how I exercise?
Yes, your trainer will see all your movements and provide the necessary guidance. Hundreds of people have tested this approach already and found that it works well.
Our trainers use video guidance, show you what to do, and ask you to do your exercises from different angles to make sure everything is correct.
Can I exercise from a gym?
Yes, you can. However, to do that you will need wireless headphones, a smartphone with a good camera, and a selfie stick tripod.

From our experience, most gyms are okay with it, however, check with your gym for their policy.
Does fitness over the internet and video conferencing really work?
You will be surprised how well it works! Give it a try by booking a free session and assess it for yourself. We have many satisfied clients and well-trained coaches already using live 1−1 training sessions.
How much space do I need for my session?
We want your trainer to be able to see your full body during your session. Typically, you’d want to be about 7 to 10 feet (2-3 meters) away from your device.

Don’t worry if the space is slightly smaller or bigger. The goal is for the trainer to be able to see you from head to toe.
Do I need a laptop or a mobile phone?
You can work out from either your smartphone or laptop. We recommend you to join sessions using your laptop or a tablet because a larger screen helps you see your trainer better.
Is there a weight limit to start?
Your starting weight doesn't matter. Whether you weigh 50 kg or 150 kg, our trainers will help you achieve results with a personalized, goal-oriented approach.

All of our workout programs are suitable for people with no training experience. During the workout, the trainer explains how to do an exercise correctly and will follow your every move in real time.

Fitness and movement are vital to people at every stage of their lives. We offer individual training, which means that the program will be designed according to your physical abilities.
What if I'm too busy to do the program?
Personalized training allows you the flexibility to fit workouts into even the busiest schedules. Please specify your training time and we will find a suitable option for you.
