All you need is a smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection, and enough space to stretch out safely — about 7–10 feet (2–3 meters) from your screen. A yoga mat and some water are great to have, but your trainer will guide you on everything else.
Of course! If you’d like to work with someone else, we’ll help you switch trainers easily and at no extra cost. It’s important that you feel supported and motivated by the coach you work with.

Yes! Your trainer will watch your form through your camera during the live Zoom session and guide you in real time. They’ll make sure you’re doing exercises properly and safely throughout the session.
Definitely. Many of our clients choose to train from their gym. Just make sure to bring wireless headphones, a tripod, and your phone with a good camera. Most gyms are fine with it, but it’s best to double-check their policy.
