All you need is a smartphone or computer with internet access and a little space — around 7–10 feet (2–3 meters) — so your trainer can clearly see you. A yoga mat and water are nice to have, but no special equipment is required. If you already own dumbbells or bands, your trainer can show you how to include them in your workouts.
