Tired of showing up to train and still feeling like it wasn't built for you?
YOU MISS THE CUE. THE CLASS MOVES ON. YOU SMILE AND PRETEND YOU CAUGHT IT.
Group fitness runs on audio. Instructor cues, safety calls, pacing commands — all of it assumes everyone heard. When you didn't, there's no catch-up. Just quiet confusion and the decision to stop going.
YOU EXPLAIN YOUR HEARING AT THE START. BY SET THREE, THEY'VE ALREADY FORGOTTEN.
Good intentions. Forgotten in practice. They cue with their back to you, talk over the noise, forget to use chat. Every session starts over. You've explained it so many times you're exhausted before the warmup.
EVERY FORMAT YOU'VE TRIED WAS BUILT ASSUMING AUDIO WORKS. NONE WERE BUILT FOR YOU.
YouTube workouts. Group classes. Gym trainers. The whole fitness industry runs on spoken instruction. Not because it's the only way — but because nobody stopped to build it differently.
It's not inaccessible. You just haven't had the right format yet.

My hearing aids stay safe. And I'm finally making progress.
"I've had moderate-severe hearing loss for 12 years. I'd mostly stopped exercising because every option required me to manage my hearing instead of just training. A friend suggested Mywowfit. My trainer already knew everything before session one. Hearing type, communication preference, all of it. Used chat, demonstration, captions. Never asked me to catch an audio cue. Six months in. I'm the strongest I've been in a decade."

"Most people with hearing loss don't lack the motivation to get fit. They lack a format that doesn't require them to spend half the session managing audio access.
That's exactly what Mywowfit was built to solve."

CONSULTATION WITH MARIA — ON ZOOM, WITH CAPTIONS OR VIA TEXT
Join a Zoom call with Maria or text her directly, our Head of Training. She reviews your answers beforehand — hearing type, communication preferences, goals. Live captions on throughout. She briefs your trainer before session one, not during it.
TRAIN FROM HOME — VISUALLY, LIVE, WITH REAL ACCOUNTABILITY
During your sessions you get: ✓ Visual demonstration and text chat — every correction reaches you ✓ Captions always on — nothing relies on audio ✓ Quiet home environment — no gym noise, no risk to your hearing aids ✓ Strength, balance, and confidence — without managing audio access every session
Done losing instructions in the group audio chaos.
Group classes weren't designed for you. One-on-one online is a structurally different format — all visual, all controllable, nothing to miss. Real fitness that actually works.
Inner ear and vestibular involvement affects stability as well as sound. A trainer who understands this builds strength and balance in parallel, starting from your actual baseline — not the assumed one.
I want to train without managing access the whole time.
No explaining. No managing their adjustment. No watching them forget. Just your trainer, your session, and the training— from the first minute to the last.
I also went for online personal trainer, lifechaging. Doesn't break the bank, but i feel like i have to show up cause i promised someone and paid (accountability partner tip), no shitty 30 min gym commutes, trainer pushes me a bit. On top of it, I figured I was doing half of my exercises wrong. I train with Jo from a service called Mywowfit. Highly recommend guys. Thank you so much for all the tips!

DEAF OR HARD OF HEARING? BOOK A 20-MINUTE CONSULTATION
"I talk to people every week who've spent years working around aformat that was never built for how they communicate. If you've missed cues in class, explained your hearing over and over, orquietly stopped going because it was easier than fighting the audio, that isn't a fitness problem. It's a format problem, and it's fixable. Tell me about your hearing, how you prefer to communicate, and what you want to build. I'll brief your trainer before session one and match you with the right certified trainer, so every correction reaches you visually and you can just train."

Find a trainer who communicates the way you need — book your $20 consultation
Maria reviews your hearing, your goals, and your history before the call. By the time you meet, she already knows what format works for you — and who to match you with.
No. You tell Maria once during the consultation. She briefs your trainer before session one. Your communication needs are built into the match — not something you re-explain each time.
Some trainers are ASL-conversational. Tell Maria your preference in the quiz or consultation and she'll factor it into the match. All trainers communicate through visual demonstration and text chat regardless.
Fine. Every correction and instruction comes through visual demonstration or Zoom chat. Your trainer doesn't rely on audio reaching you. Aids on or off — the session works the same way.
Yes. Vestibular involvement alongside hearing loss is common and something Maria specifically asks about. Your trainer builds vestibular-aware progressions — stability before load, from your actual baseline.
Yes. The format is all-visual by design, not by accommodation. Zoom demonstration and text chat are the primary communication channels. Nothing about the session relies on audio.
Zoom has built-in live transcription you can enable at any time. Your trainer also uses the Zoom chat window for instructions as text. Maria can walk you through the setup before your first session if helpful.
We'll rematch you at no extra cost. Finding the right fit matters — and Maria already knows your communication needs so the next match starts from the right place.
Yes. Only 1 in 7 trainers makes the platform. All hold recognized US or international certifications or a sports science degree. Trainers working with deaf and hard-of-hearing clients are selected for adaptive communication skills.
97% of our clients are still training after 6 months. Most come through referrals. Reviews are on Trustpilot, Google, and Reddit.
Sessions start from $30/session for live 1-on-1 training on Zoom. The consultation with Maria is $20. No long-term commitment required.
Yes — Mywowfit sessions are HSA/FSA eligible. Check with your plan provider for specific coverage details.
Because every format you've tried assumed audio worked. One-on-one online with a visual-first trainer removes that assumption entirely. That's the structural difference — not effort, not intention.
