ONLINE TRAINING FOR PELVIC FLOOR

YOU DON'T HAVE TO PEE YOURSELF WHEN YOU LIFT. YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE WITH "MOM BLADDER." AND "JUST DO KEGELS" ISN'T THE ANSWER FOR EVERYONE.
1-on-1 online coach who knows what your pelvic floor actually needs and what to avoid. We help women come back to lifting, running, and training. Real human. Not an app.

Tired of Training Like It’s a Risk, Not a Reward?

I sometimes pee a tee tiny bit when I train or sneeze.

Common but not normal. You don't want to stop training. And you shouldn't have to.

The more older women I meet, the more I'm realizing they're just pissing themselves 24/7.

You watched your mom and your aunts accept it. You refuse to be next. That's the right instinct.

I did kegels for years. It made everything worse.

For a lot of people, the standard advice is the wrong advice. The first job is figuring out which one you are — too tight or too weak.

EVERYONE AROUND YOU TREATED IT AS NORMAL. THEY WERE WRONG.

Sep 21, 2025
I'd been leaking during HIIT and lifting for two years. Everyone around me treated it as normal. "You had kids, what do you expect.
I started seeing a pelvic floor PT and it helped, but then she discharged me and I had no idea how to actually get back to training. Every YouTube workout still made me leak. What changed was finding a trainer who built my squat and deadlift back from the ground up — breath, bracing, alignment, load. Eight months in. No more pads. Lifting heavier than before kids.

WHY GENERIC ADVICE KEEPS FAILING YOU

JUST DO KEGELS" BAD ADVICE FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE

If your pelvic floor is too tight (hypertonic), kegels make it worse. Pain during sex, urinary retention, spasms, constipation — often caused by floors that need to relax, not tighten. The first job is figuring out which one you are.
icon

YOUTUBE WORKOUTS ASSUME YOU HAVE NO PELVIC FLOOR

They cue "brace harder" — which is exactly the wrong cue for postpartum or hypertonic floors. They load you in ways that trigger leaks. They don't see you. They don't adapt.
icon

PELVIC FLOOR PT IS AMAZING — AND IT ENDS

PT gets the symptoms under control. Then you're discharged. And the bridge from "PT helped" to "I'm training fully again, lifting heavy, jumping, running" is missing.
icon

IT'S NEVER JUST THE PELVIC FLOOR

Hips. Glutes. Deep core. Breath mechanics. Alignment. Pelvic floor sits in the middle of all of it. Treating only the pelvic floor misses the system that supports it — and most trainers don't know how to work that whole system.
Mom bladder is not the new normal. mLeaking during deadlifts is not "just what happens." Pelvic floor problems are trainable — but only by someone who knows how to train them.

That's exactly what Mywowfit was built for.

HOW MYWOWFIT WORKS — TRAINING THAT RESPECTS YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

TELL US ABOUT YOUR BODY & TRAINING

Fill out a short questionnaire about your symptoms, your history (postpartum, pelvic floor PT, lifting, running), and what you want to be able to do, so we know where you are.

Join a 1-on-1 Zoom consultation with our Head of Training Maria. We assess your movement, talk through your symptoms, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit — or if you need a pelvic floor PT first.

GET MATCHED & START TRAINING

We match you with a trainer who has pelvic-floor-aware experience. Each session is built around your reality — adjusting load, breath, and bracing in real time so you train without leaks.

HAVE PROLAPSE, SEVERE PAIN, OR POST-SURGICAL RECOVERY? BOOK A FREE 20-MINUTE CALL WITH MARIA

"Pelvic floor is one of the most under-treated areas in fitness coaching — and one of the most life-changing when handled correctly. We are not pelvic floor physical therapy. If you have severe symptoms, prolapse, or are post-surgical, you need a PT first — and I'll tell you that honestly on the call. But for women returning to training, leaking during lifts, or stuck between PT and 'normal training again,' our trainers know exactly what to do."

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EVERY PELVIC-FLOOR-AWARE TRAINING PROGRAM
