I've had trial sessions with different coaches, both in person and online. Initially, I thought that online coaching would be very impersonal, but I found out that I felt more heard and understood by Maria than the in-person trainers I've met with. Maria listened and took the time to get to know who I was, my goals, and my needs. After just one session with Maria, I automatically felt motivated, and I know that this is going to work for me. Great customer service! Maria is an awesome trainer with a commitment to her clients. She is very knowledgeable and listens to your goals and limitations. She also talks to you about nutrition and ensures you have overall support in your fitness experience. Additionally, I have control over scheduling and can communicate directly with the trainer on any changes.

I would highly recommend Mywowfit. I have two trainers and exercise 5 days a week. With an extremely busy business executive schedule, this was impossible to manage at local gyms. Mywowfit allows me to travel with work, go on vacation, or stay at home and never miss a workout session.
