Additional Items for Outdoor or Gym Workouts

Tripod
You can workout without tripod during the trial. However, It will save you time and worries about your phone placement during the future workouts.
Wireless Earbuds
Stay focused with high-quality sound and no tangled wires, making your workout more enjoyable.

Online Workout

The online format might feel a bit unusual at first, so don't hesitate to take some time to adjust your camera during or before the trial workout.
It's best to place your device with a camera at a low height. A table, couch, or chair will work well.
If you are using a laptop, It would be easier to see the trainer. You will just have to do couple adjustments. Start by positioning it to capture your upper body for the beginning of the workout. When the trainer moves to floor exercises, tilt the camera slightly forward to ensure you are fully visible while sitting and lying down.
If you are using a phone, it will be easier to fit your whole body in the frame, but the small screen might make it difficult to see the trainer. You may need to move closer to view the technique for new exercises.
We recommend using a laptop for home workouts and a phone for gym and outdoor workouts, but feel free to try connecting with different devices to see which setup is most comfortable for you.

It is important to join the WhatsApp chat to confirm your session. The trainer will message you in the chat and send a connection link via Google Meet or Zoom no later than 1-3 minutes before the workout starts.
Note: All of our trainers are professionals. However, if you're not comfortable with your trainer or want to try another approach, we will provide an alternative at no extra charge.
