The path to a slim, healthy, and beautiful body starts with your diet. We are what we eat. But motivation and knowledge are often lacking to tackle weight issues, digestive disorders, or hereditary conditions requiring a special diet.
You can get nutritional support in two ways:
During workouts with your trainer.
In separate consultations with our nutritionist.
All our trainers are professionals and understand proper nutrition, providing useful tips. However, discussing nutrition between workout sets might not be enough. For more effective progress, you can use additional consultations and daily support from our nutritionist for $65/month.
Together with the nutritionist, you will:
Review your diet and create a meal plan tailored to your needs.
Analyze your tests to identify causes of your dietary issues and harmful foods.
Receive daily support for 2-3 months, with regular feedback and answers to your nutrition questions.
