Leidon is a certified online fitness coach and a champion bodybuilder. Over the past years, he has trained many motivated individuals and finds the job incredibly rewarding when he sees his clients achieve their fitness goals. As a multi-awarded bodybuilder, Leidon knows the process and what it takes to be a champion.

Note: We book a 30-minute time slot for your first session. You can use the full time for a workout or start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and get to know your trainer — it's up to you!
