About

Tatjana has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years and teaching for 7. For the past 5 years, she has been teaching online on various fitness platforms. She was named Influencer of the Month when her Yoga Class for Anxiety video received the most views on Sweatcast.
Tatjana is a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga (AYM, Rishikesh, India), Yin Yoga (Yoga International), and meditation. She is also a certified trainer in non-formal education, specializing in wellbeing, and an English teacher with two master’s degrees, giving her an extensive pedagogical background for working with clients. She is a firm believer in the power of humanistic education.
To learn different meditation techniques and better understand her clients' needs, she has stayed with Buddhist monks in a monastery, attended silent meditation retreats, and completed numerous meditation courses across Europe and Asia (Kundalini, Buddhist, Vipassana, Embodiment, and Mindfulness).
