Natasha is a dedicated Personal Trainer and Sports Coach with a strong background in fitness, health, and nutrition. As an endurance athlete and former Special Needs Teacher, she combines her knowledge of movement with a deep passion for helping women overcome challenges like body shaming, hormonal struggles, and self-doubt. Natasha’s mission is to guide her clients toward becoming healthier, stronger versions of themselves — both physically and mentally.

Note: We book a 30-minute time slot for your first session. You can use the full time for a workout or start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and get to know your trainer — it's up to you!
