Lina is a passionate physical therapist and Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience. She believes in the power of mindful movement to heal, strengthen, and bring balance to both body and mind. Lina is dedicated to creating safe, personalized sessions that promote long-term well-being and a deeper connection with oneself through movement and breath.
Loves: Spending time with family and friends, being with her dog Dulce, practicing mind–body sports like freediving, swimming, and Pilates, reading inspiring books, and traveling to explore different cultures.

What happens during the trial session?

You'll meet your trainer via Google Meet for a personalized session, where you can discuss your fitness goals and experience how virtual training works. You will receive the link via email, sessions are not recorded — your privacy is fully secured.
Note: We book a 30-minute time slot for your first session. You can use the full time for a workout or start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and get to know your trainer — it's up to you!
