About

Fernanda's passion for sports began early with Olympic gymnastics. Over the years, she has explored martial arts, weightlifting, and CrossFit. At the age of 23, she discovered Pilates as a way to alleviate knee and ankle pain. This practice also helped her enhance core strength and mobility. Fernanda continued training throughout her pregnancy, up to 34 weeks, which contributed to a natural and healthy delivery.
Loves: studying, training, taking care of herself, spending time with family.

You'll meet your trainer via Google Meet for a personalized session, where you can discuss your fitness goals and experience how virtual training works. You will receive the link via email, sessions are not recorded—your privacy is fully secured.
Note: We book a 60-minute time slot for your first session. You can use the full time for a workout or start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and get to know your trainer—it's up to you!
