Meet Vanessa, a supportive personal trainer and yoga instructor whose own journey began with simple at-home workouts that transformed her mood, confidence, and outlook on life. With a background in CrossFit, yoga, swimming and endurance training (including multiple competitions and her first marathon), she now helps her clients discover what their bodies are truly capable of, one small step at a time.
Loves: competing in CrossFit, traveling, meeting new people, spending time with friends and family, staying active and learning Portuguese.
