Sebastián is a certified physical education teacher and strength coach from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with over 10 years of experience. As the co-owner of a dedicated gym, he specializes in strength training, functional fitness, and weightlifting. Sebastián brings clarity, motivation, and deep presence to each session — whether in-person or online — and takes a client-centered approach that makes people feel seen, challenged, and supported.
