“Movement has been part of my life since childhood, through classical ballet and rhythmic gymnastics. That early foundation in discipline, body awareness, and precision grew into a lifelong interest in sports science, anatomy, and the way the body adapts and heals.


With more than 20 years of coaching experience, I combine strength and functional training, Pilates, corrective exercise, mobility, breathwork, and meditation. My approach is supportive, honest, and highly personalized. I take time to understand how your body feels, what you need, and how your training should evolve.


Whether you want to build strength, recover from an injury, improve mobility, manage stress, or feel more confident in your body, every session is adapted to you. I believe movement is medicine: strength should come with grace, and every exercise should have a clear purpose.

Loves: Pottery, painting, gardening, reading, classical ballet, my two cats, animals in general, and traveling the world.
