Meet Erika, a supportive personal trainer, nutrition coach, and cycling instructor based in San Diego. Her fitness journey began after becoming a mother, when she committed to building the strength and energy needed to stay active and healthy for her son as he grew, a goal that continues to shape her approach to training today.
Loves: Spending time with my son, traveling, meeting new people, staying active, cooking, enjoying beautiful sunsets, relaxing in the sauna, and spending time with friends and family.
