His mission is to guide others toward healing — whether it’s overcoming pain, stiffness, self-doubt, or anxiety. You'll meet your trainer via Google Meet for a personalized session, where you can discuss your fitness goals and experience how virtual training works. You will receive the link via email, sessions are not recorded — your privacy is fully secured.
Note: We book a 30-minute time slot for your first session. You can use the full time for a workout or start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and get to know your trainer — it's up to you!
