“I became a trainer because I believe no one should have to live in constant pain or feel afraid of movement. Living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome has given me a personal understanding of joint instability, chronic discomfort, and the frustration of feeling limited by your own body. With a BSc in Human Movement Science and experience since 2007, I combine biomechanics, functional training, Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to create safe, personalized sessions. My approach is not about exhausting, high-impact workouts. It is about improving alignment, protecting your joints, and helping you move with greater strength and confidence. In our live one-to-one sessions, I focus closely on posture, technique, and how your body feels that day. I adapt every movement to your needs, whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, dealing with pain, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more balanced."
Loves: reading, nature, exploring local waterfalls, hiking with my partner and dog, relaxing with my four cats, gardening and caring for plants
"Mindful movement transformed my own quality of life, helping me feel capable, energized, and free. My purpose is to help you experience that same freedom, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities you love."
