Aimee is an ACE certified personal trainer, Power Pilates, TRX, and Barre. After transforming her own life through fitness at age 34, she now helps clients of all levels build strength, confidence, and resilience. Known for her inclusive, form-focused approach, Aimee blends Pilates, functional training, and obstacle race experience to create empowering, personalized sessions.
Loves: Rock climbing, nature adventures in Puerto Rico, local tourism, coffee, sleeping, quiet time, meaningful connection, supporting my aging dog, working with youth.
