Milica is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength training and working with women over 35. She is passionate about helping her clients become the best version of themselves through exercise, proper nutrition, and a strong mindset. Milica empowers women to build strength not only in their bodies but in their lives, fostering confidence and resilience at every stage of their fitness journey.

Note: We book a 30-minute time slot for your first session. You can use the full time for a workout or start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and get to know your trainer — it's up to you!
