Wendy’s coaching is about more than exercise. It is about helping you build strength, improve your health, and create habits that truly last. With nearly 30 years of experience in health and wellness, she combines science-backed training with a holistic approach that supports long-term change.
She is especially passionate about helping people in midlife build muscle, fight disease, and feel more confident in their bodies. Whether you are just starting out, coming back after injury, or looking for support through a new phase of life, Wendy brings empathy, strategy, and practical guidance to every session.
Loves: being a mom to her two beautiful daughters, her cat Honey, the beach, anything outdoors, and a good Netflix series to unwind.
