Jasmin is a certified Fitness Instructor with a strong passion for health and fitness. She specializes in HIIT and Functional Training, with a particular love for bodyweight exercises and dumbbell workouts that challenge and empower her clients. Jasmin’s mission is simple: to help people feel energized, confident, and strong — discovering just how much their bodies can achieve with consistency and dedication.
Loves: spending time outdoors with her children and husband, walking in nature, hiking, playing padel, running, taking road trips to small towns, and watching home renovation and van-life shows.
