She specializes in HIIT and Functional Training, with a particular love for bodyweight exercises and dumbbell workouts that challenge and empower her clients. Jasmin’s mission is simple: to help people feel energized, confident, and strong — discovering just how much their bodies can achieve with consistency and dedication.
