Rashika started practicing yoga in her teens and has been teaching since 2016. Trained at top Indian schools like S-VYASA, Yogadarshanam, and Kaivalyadhama, she brings a strong foundation in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, with a practical approach to breathwork, mobility and recovery. Her sessions are steady, thoughtful, and rooted in both tradition and personal connection.

I also went for online personal trainer, lifechaging. Doesn't break the bank, but i feel like i have to show up cause i promised someone and paid (accountability partner tip), no shitty 30 min gym commutes, trainer pushes me a bit. On top of it, I figured I was doing half of my exercises wrong. I train with Jo from a service called Mywowfit. Highly recommend guys. Thank you so much for all the tips!
