Shashi has been an excellent trainer to work with! Along with easily accommodating our sessions even on short notice, she has excellent knowledge of what a client might need. She has constructed a routine for me that targets my problem areas, and with her, I have seen long-term results! She is a pleasure to train with, as her welcoming and happy attitude is a real motivator in our sessions! Furthermore, she is always ready to adjust exercises if I have an injury or want to have a more relaxed session than usual, but still see results from the workout!
