I live in a very remote area with no gyms within driving distance, so training from home has been the perfect solution. I started working with Judy about two months ago, doing three workouts a week, and I really enjoy it. She keeps me motivated and pushes me just enough to see real results — I already feel more toned and energized. It’s so convenient, and honestly, I prefer it to going to a gym.
