Guliz is a yoga instructor and online personal weight loss coach. She feels blessed to share yoga and Pilates as empowering practices that extend beyond the mat and into daily life. Guliz also loves strong, sweaty HIIT classes and exploring body endurance. If you have asthma, anxiety, panic attacks, or a stressful life or job, her Meditation & Breathing sessions are perfect for you.
Loves: socializing with friends, watching ballet, going to the theater, and the cinema, animals (especially cats, dogs, and horses).
