Ayşe Cankat Kama is a dedicated yoga instructor whose journey began with a herniated disc that restricted her movement for many years. After unsuccessful attempts to find relief through micro-surgery, manual therapy, and physical therapy, she discovered the benefits of corrective exercises. Initially hesitant to move due to fear of pain, she eventually found herself exercising without discomfort. This experience revealed the body’s remarkable ability to respond positively when treated with care, deepening her respect for its resilience.
Motivated by this realization, Ayşe began exploring breathing and mindfulness exercises and turned to yoga for spiritual healing. Her passion for yoga grew with each practice, inspiring her to pursue instructor training. Upon completing her training, she made it her mission to share the transformative power of yoga with others. To enhance her expertise, Ayşe worked with both local and international teachers, always eager to share her knowledge and experiences with her students.
