Ana has been a yoga teacher since 2007, with experience in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Her sessions focus on breath awareness, alignment, and movement to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and can be adapted for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. These sessions provide a safe space to explore or deepen your practice, whether through the body-centered approach of Hatha yoga or the deep energy work of Kundalini.
