Swati is a certified yoga instructor with over 7 years of experience and more than 8,000 practice hours. As a passionate yogini, she believes in motivating and connecting with her students in their quest for fitness and wellness. Swati's curriculum is specially designed with the physical capabilities and learning aspirations of her students in mind.

You'll meet your trainer via Google Meet for a personalized session, where you can discuss your fitness goals and experience how virtual training works. You will receive the link via email, sessions are not recorded—your privacy is fully secured.
Note: We book a 60-minute time slot for your first session. You can use the full time for a workout or start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and get to know your trainer—it's up to you!
