Patty is passionate about movement and wellness. She has been a certified yoga instructor for over 10 years, continuously studying with renowned international yoga and meditation teachers and instructors. Her classes focus on a personalized approach for each person. They are based on alignment and conscious movement to facilitate the mind-body connection, working with both flow and stability. She has experience teaching public and private classes in Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Restorative, and Pre Natal yoga. Additionally, she has volunteered in Lima, Peru, teaching yoga classes in the women's prison.
