My trainer Owen has been great and really has motivated me to stay in shape. Overall, the service is great and very easy to start. I would recommend Mywowfit to anyone who wants great sessions online.

It does the job. I literally just have to walk downstairs to the session in the morning. I've been working with Owen for the past few months on strengthening my core as I kept slipping a disc, as well as my general fitness. Works well.

I would highly recommend Mywowfit. I have two trainers and exercise 5 days a week. With an extremely busy business executive schedule, this was impossible to manage at local gyms. Mywowfit allows me to travel with work, go on vacation, or stay at home and never miss a workout session.
