I am training with Luzane, she is great! I used to have a PT on a regular basis for three years and after moving to London I coudn´t find a way to have the same routine. Wowfit was the thing I needed! You can choose different trainers depending on your goals, level and preferences. I chose Luzane and SHE IS AMAZING! I absolutely recommend!

Absolutely love my sessions with my Personal Trainer. I was very nervous about taking the first step as I was so overweight and so unfit. I had a free trial session and loved it. I was given a choice of trainers who were suited to my level and goals. My trainer (Tamsin) has helped me so much on my journey so far. I was only going to sign up for a few weeks but now six months in and still looking forward to our sessions twice a week. I would never have plucked up the courage to go to a 'real' gym (let alone been able to afford a session with a trainer at a gym). The one-to-one sessions are very affordable, the trainers are so knowledgeable, and I can do it from the comfort of my own home rather than having to travel. I'm slimmer, fitter, stronger and loving life.

Arranging the free trial and signing up for a package afterward was quick and easy. My trainer Lola is AMAZING! I absolutely hate exercise and haven't been able to stick to an exercise routine since school. But Lola makes my workouts fun and keeps me motivated by adjusting my workouts for my specific needs. Now that I'm working with Lola, I look forward to my workout sessions!

It’s been an amazing journey with Wowfit. I tried another company in the past and the difference in service is outstanding. I really love wowfit because there are multitudes of trainers with a wide range of available timings. You get to do your workout at any time. Even after work. The customer service is amazing as well. Responsive and helpful. Lastly and most importantly, I lost more than 5kg since I joined. Isn’t that amazing?

My experience with the personal trainer has blown my mind because I am not into fitness. I went from not knowing what an arm raise or a squat was to enjoying and looking forward to each session with gusto. I enjoyed the human connection that comes through even on the screen. At first, I thought that online would be very impersonal but found out that I felt more heard and understood by Maria than by the in-person trainers I have met with.

My workout sessions with Judy have been extremely valuable. In the last month I have definitely become stronger and increased endurance. Leandi is an experienced and very professional trainer. I've been training with her for almost 2 months now with personal 1-1 live online sessions and I see very motivating results. She is focused, nice (sometimes tough), she cares about me and understands when to push limits to get results. I trained with her 2-3 a week, and really enjoyed the variety and challenge she put into the sessions. She is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun.

I want to highlight that her online live sessions work perfectly for me! Initially, I was a little bit skeptical about this approach (I was not sure is it possible to correct my techniques using just a video call / can we interact online with a trainer as with regular trainer?). Everything started working well after 2 sessions. (Be honest, the first session was a little bit weird for me because of this new format). Finally, I can say the online format is super convenient for me from a time-savings perspective and at the same time, it is even more affordable (no need to pay gym fees).
