Eileen Ramos has been a yoga and meditation teacher since 2016, trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Perinatal Yoga. She specializes in alignment and anatomical-based yoga, with 500 hours of training with Align and Refine. Eileen also took a rehab workshop for myofascial releases and muscle activation, and has training in floating yoga. She recently completed a course in Trauma-Informed Yoga to further her studies, addressing a great need in today's world.
