Born and raised in South Africa, Ramashna's journey in Yoga only started at the age of 46, when she threw herself in the deep end by studying towards her Yoga Teacher Training Qualification.

Teaching Yoga is like second nature and has become Ramashna's sanctuary — a place to slow down and find peace amidst the chaos — making her stronger and more resilient, both mentally and physically. Teaching yoga has allowed her to share its transformative power with others and witness its impact on their lives as well.

Ramashna now teaches therapeutic yoga at mental health facilities, rehab centers for addiction, an old age home, and a women's shelter/safe house. For her love of more challenging styles of yoga, she also teaches at fitness clubs.

"My commitment to personal growth in teaching has led me to pursue a 300-hour teacher training certification," says Ramashna, which she is currently working on.
"My yoga journey has not only been exciting and inspiring, but it has also changed my life immensely," says Ramashna, "and it allows me to support others on their path to inner peace and holistic wellness."

You'll meet your trainer via Google Meet for a personalized session, where you can discuss your fitness goals and experience how virtual training works. You will receive the link via email, sessions are not recorded—your privacy is fully secured.
Note: We book a 60-minute time slot for your first session. You can use the full time for a workout or start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and get to know your trainer—it's up to you!
