Since last September, I have been working with Ramy on MyWowFit. These sessions with Ramy have made a huge difference in my mobility and confidence. Ramy is so patient and kind — she plans sessions that challenge me but is always careful to guide me, helping me avoid injury and build strength. I truly believe that these sessions will keep me mobile, whereas before I wasn’t sure I would be able to continue with yoga. Her motivation and encouragement keep me going.
I was skeptical about the whole yoga thing at first, but I have bad sciatica, so I thought, let's give it a try... Ramy is without a doubt an expert in her field — knowledgeable and effective. My sciatica was reduced by at least 80% after the first session. Ramy is precise, intuitive, and gentle. She has tremendous yoga knowledge and can impart that knowledge and technique brilliantly. Definitely go with Ramy!

My Mywowfit experience with yoga instructor Ramy was absolutely incredible. She has a great way of helping me reach my full potential without pushing me too far out of my comfort zone. Her classes are calm and grounding, and she always goes the extra mile for her students, ensuring that their special needs (injuries, mental health, etc.) are considered.
