Ana is a certified yoga teacher who has been sharing her practice since 2014 and has been a student and yoga practitioner since 2008. She specializes in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga, focusing on proper alignment based on her students' specific needs. Her first certification was from the Los Angeles-based Mukti Yoga School, and she continues to practice and study to this day. Currently, she learns from YPM (Yoga Para Mortales), which keeps her practice and knowledge fresh. Ana firmly believes that a good teacher is an eternal student, so she continuously nurtures her practice while sharing it with others.
