I started out as a software engineer in California, but changed direction seven years ago to focus on movement and health. I'm also a mom, so I know what it's like to juggle work, family and fitness.
Now, I’m Head of Training at Mywowfit. My job is to help clients find the right trainer for them — someone who understands their goals, lifestyle and physical needs. If something’s not working, we’ll adjust.
I work with our full trainer team to make sure we offer safe, effective, and sustainable fitness. Our trainers are selected for their ability to work with a wide range of conditions, always with care and proper knowledge.
Movement should support your life, not complicate it. That’s what we’re here for.

You’ll only need a phone or computer with a stable internet connection, plus an open area — about 7 to 10 feet (2–3 meters) of space between you and the screen — so your trainer can see you clearly. A fitness mat and a bottle of water are useful, but there’s no special gear required. If you already have equipment, your coach can suggest how to use it later on in your training.
Of course! If you feel like your trainer isn’t the right match, we’ll gladly help you switch — no questions asked and at no extra charge. Your comfort and motivation are top priorities.

Try to give yourself about 7 to 10 feet (2–3 meters) of space in front of your device so your coach can see your movements. If your space is slightly smaller, no problem — they’ll work with it.
Both work, but we recommend using a laptop or tablet to start. A larger screen makes it easier for you to follow your trainer — and for them to observe and support your technique safely and effectively.
