Bhavika grew up in a family of Yoga instructors so yoga is in her genetics. She has always been looking for meaning, symbols and secrets hidden in the natural world. Bhavika has been teaching yoga classes for beginners and practitioners for the past 10 years and is dedicated to improving lives not only physically through power yoga but also mentally and emotionally through meditation and other techniques. At the comfort of your home and with no prior experience, she can take you on a journey to become a pro.
