Arianna began practicing yoga 15 years ago and has been hooked ever since. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge through her classes and encouraging people to have fun through movement.
As over a 1000 hours certified yoga instructor, Arianna has expertise in various types of yoga, such as Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Flow, Prenatal Yoga and Breathing Techniques. Arianna has been teaching online yoga for beginners and advanced practitioners. She is a motivating instructor giving you the power to work through any physical or mental obstacles alongside her.

"I have degrees in foreign trade and professional cooking, which is why I ended up working at a restaurant for a while. Being in a kitchen all day long was so stressful that at some point I realized that was not my path in life. Meanwhile I was already doing some yoga, and my instructor saw something in me which I didn't. I was offered to become a yoga instructor myself. So here I am, 15 years and plenty of advanced trainings later, still teaching Yoga and loving it.
A few years ago I became a Doula, and that was my first approach to maternity. Now I have a 2-year old son, and my whole world has changed. Maternity could be very challenging, so I started studying to become an Effective Parenthood Coach."
