Meet Jelena, a supportive and energetic personal trainer with over six years of experience, originally from the Netherlands and now based in sunny Spain. Jelena discovered her passion for fitness through strength training, and quickly realized how powerful structured training can be, not just for physical results, but for confidence, discipline, and enjoyment of movement. She works with beginners, athletes, runners, children and clients returning from injury, always focusing on smart programming and long-term progress.
Loves: Travelling , pets, dinners, watching movies and dancing.
