Duncan is an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for sports and fitness. He is a qualified human movement scientist and comes from a family with a lot of history in making it to the national level, with himself having high achievements in field hockey and action cricket. He believes in what you put in is what you get out and that there is never a limit to your own abilities. He aims to make your training experience fun and interesting.
