I've been a Personal trainer for more than 5 years now, and I have experienced a lot in these years and helped many people from elderly people with disabilities to athletes.

At one time in my powerlifting career, after winning the national competition, I started to feel pain, especially in the lower back, then I had to look for preventive and corrective exercises I could do at home, that was when I discovered Pilates, and it made me stronger, bigger, leaner and pain-free.
