I have been practicing hatha yoga for more than 18 years, Kriya yoga for more than 20 years and I have been initiated by Guru Shri Shibendu Lahiri in 2000.
In my practices, I focus on trauma safety and on the balance between physical and spiritual studies.

I conduct meditations with Tibetan singing bowls. Classes have a pronounced therapeutic, strengthening, balancing effect and stress relief effect.
