Leandi is an experienced and very professional trainer. I've been training with her for almost 2 months now with personal 1-1 live online sessions and I see very motivating results. She is focused, nice (sometimes tough), she cares about me and understands when to push limits to get results. I trained with her 2-3 a week, and really enjoyed the variety and challenge she put into the sessions. She is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun.
I want to highlight that her online live sessions work perfectly for me! Initially, I was a little bit skeptical about this approach (I was not sure is it possible to correct my techniques using just a video call / can we interact online with a trainer as with regular trainer?). Due to the Covid-19 pandemic it's extremely hard to main my normal fitness routine and find motivation to work out regularly. What equipment do I need for a trial class?
All you need is a laptop / smartphone with access to Internet (20Mbs+) and space (you will need to stay about 7 to 10 feet away from your device and should have enough space to do regular fitness exercises).
If you exercise from home, it would be nice to have a mat and a bottle of water. Our sessions do not require any additional equipment. In special cases, your trainer will instruct you about all the equipment your need for your personal fitness goals.
Will the trainer correct my exercise techniques / will (s)he see how I exercise?
Yes, your trainer will see all your movements and provide the necessary guidance. Hundreds of people have tested this approach already and found that it works well. Our trainers use video guidance, show you what to do and ask you to do your exercises from different angles to make sure everything is correct.
Can I exercise from a gym?
Yes, you can. However, to do that you will need wireless headphones, a smartphone with a good camera and a selfie stick tripod. From our experience, most gyms are okay with it, however, check with your gym for their policy.
Does fitness over the internet and video conferencing really work?

How much space do I need for my session?
We want your trainer to be able to see your full body during your session. Typically, you’d want to be about 7 to 10 feet away from your device. Don’t worry if the space is a little bit less or more. The goal is for the trainer to be able to see you from head to toe.
Do I need a laptop or a mobile phone?
You can work out from either your smartphone or laptop. We recommend you to join sessions using your laptop or a tablet because a larger screen helps you see your trainer better.
